Nordisk Bergteknik strengthens Group management
The Board of Directors of Nordisk Bergteknik has decided to restructure and strengthen Group management, effective October 1, 2026. The new Group management team will consist of Andreas Christoffersson (CEO), Fredrik Karlsson (incoming CFO), Freddy Flodman (Segment Manager Rock Sweden and Business Area Manager Mining), Björn Peterson (Segment Manager Foundation Sweden), Oddbjørn Røed (Segment Manager Rock Norway), Robert Andreasson (Deputy Segment Manager Rock Sweden), and Juha-Matti Mantere (Head of the Finnish Operations). This change will facilitate faster decision-making processes as well as more efficient management and monitoring.

As previously announced, current CFO Johan Lundqvist will step down from his position at the end of the third quarter. Victor Örn, who has served as Deputy Group CEO with a focus on strategy and business development since August 2024, will leave his position at the turn of the month. Niklas Alm, Head of IR and Communications, will henceforth report to CFO Fredrik Karlsson.
