The Swedish Companies Registration Office has today granted Nordic Ore Iron AB (publ) permission to implement the reduction of the share capital resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2026. The reduction has thus been implemented.
Through the reduction, the quota value of the shares has been reduced from SEK 1.73 per share to SEK 0.05 per share. After the reduction, the share capital amounts to SEK 3,395,763.90. The number of shares remains unchanged and amounts to 67,915,278. The total reduction amount of just over SEK 114 million has been allocated to non-restricted equity. Accordingly, the Company’s total equity also remains unchanged.
