Nord-Trøndelag Elektrisitetsverk AS: Successful issuance of green NOK bond

Nord-Trøndelag Elektrisitetsverk AS (NTE), rated BBB/Positive by Scope Ratings, has successfully issued NOK 300 million in a 3-year senior unsecured green bond with a floating rate of 3 months Nibor + 0.55% p.a.

An application will be submitted to list the bond on Nordic ABM. DNB Carnegie acted as sole arranger for the transaction.
