Nomination committee's proposal for the board of directors of Rusta (publ)
Ahead of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rusta AB (publ) ("Rusta") on September 18, 2026, the nomination committee announces its proposal regarding the board of directors.
Rusta's nomination committee proposes that the board of directors shall continue to consist of eight ordinary board members and no deputies. The committee proposes re-election of board members Claus Juel-Jensen, Anders Forsgren, Björn Forssell, Maria Edsman, Victor Forsgren, Eva-Lotta Sjöstedt and Åsa Källenius and election of Mats Rignell as a new board member. It is proposed that Claus Juel-Jensen be re-elected as chairman of the board. Claes Eriksson has announced that he is not available for re-election.
Mats Rignell (b. 1959)
Mats Rignell has extensive international experience from senior positions in trade, purchasing, sourcing, logistics and supply chain. He currently provides consulting operations through Rignell Consulting AB. Previously, he has been VP Supply Chain at Atlas Copco, VP Sourcing & Logistics at Nobia and held several leading roles at IKEA, SCA and Åkerlund & Rausing. Mats Rignell holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
Rusta's nomination committee ahead of the AGM 2026 consists of Gunnar Mattsson, chairman of the committee, appointed by Öngal i Uppsala Invest AB, Jan Amethier, appointed by Aforber Invest AB and Suzanne Sandler, appointed by The OneLife Company S.A. Claus Juel-Jensen is co-opted to the committee in his capacity as chairman of the board.
