According to a decision at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Acast AB (publ), the Chair of the Board has convened a Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting, appointed by the largest owners in the company.
The Nomination Committee consists of:
Charbel Altunkaynak (chair), appointed by Bonnier Capital
Sara Berg, appointed by Alfvén & Didrikson
Lars Hagerud, appointed by AltoCumulus
Caroline Sjösten, Swedbank Robur, appointed by the three largest owners' representatives in the nomination committee.

Acast's Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2027 will be held in Stockholm. The date of the AGM will be communicated later.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee are welcome to do so by e-mail to nomination.committee@acast.com.
The Nomination Committee's proposal will be presented in the notice convening the AGM 2027 and on the company's website, investors.acast.com.
