Nomination Committee appointed for Volvo Cars’ Annual General Meeting 2027

In accordance with the principles adopted by Volvo Cars’ Annual General Meeting, and based on the shareholder information as of 31 August 2026, the Nomination Committee for Volvo Cars’ Annual General Meeting 2027 has been appointed.

Its members are: 

• Lone Fønss Schrøder, appointed by Geely Sweden Holdings AB 
• Per Ansgar, appointed by Geely Sweden Holdings AB 
• Eric Li, Chairperson of the Board of Volvo Car AB 
• Patricia Hedelius, appointed by AMF, the second-largest shareholder 
• Emilie Westholm, appointed by Folksam, the third-largest shareholder 

The Nomination Committee represents approximately 84 percent of the total voting rights in Volvo Car AB, based on the ownership structure as of 31 August 2026. 

Lone Fønss Schrøder will serve as Chairperson of the Nomination Committee. 

The Nomination Committee is assigned to submit proposals to the General Meeting regarding: 

• the Chairperson of the General Meeting; 
• the election of Board members and the Chairperson of the Board; 
• remuneration to each Board member; 
• the election of the auditor and remuneration to the auditor; and 
• to the extent deemed necessary, amendments to the instruction for the Nomination Committee.
