Nomination committee 2027 in Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB
In accordance with the resolutions at the 2026 Annual General Meeting and the current instructions for the Nomination Committee of Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB, the Chairman of the Board has convened a nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
The members of the Nomination Committee are:
- David Mindus, appointed by AB Sagax (Chairman of the nomination committee)
- Erik Borgblad, appointed by Aptare Holding AB
- Hjalmar Ek, appointed by Lannebo Kapitalförvaltning
- Johan Ericsson, Chairman of the Board of Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee may contact the Chairman of the nomination committee, David Mindus, at the email address david.mindus@sagax.se.
In order for the nomination committee to consider proposals received, such proposals should be submitted no later than February 1, 2027.
The Annual General Meeting of Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB will be held on April 21, 2027.
