Nimlas Sweden expands and acquires Building Management Systems Technology & Green Tech Solutions

Nimlas continues its growth journey with the acquisition of Building Management Systems Technology & Green Tech Solutions AB ("BMS & Green Tech Solutions").

The acquisition is in line with 5-50-500 growth strategy, which aims to reach SEK 5 billion in revenue, add 50 new companies, and achieve SEK 500 million in profit. The electrical sector is an important part of this growth, with the ambition of reaching SEK 1 billion in revenue within the electrical segment over the coming years.

BMS & Green Tech Solutions was founded in 2012 by Björn Holmberg and is headquartered in Stockholm. Since its beginning, the company has grown steadily and has rolling 12-month revenue of approximately SEK 21 million as of the end of May 2026, with seven employees. Its operations primarily consist of the installation of building control and monitoring systems, as well as the provision of consulting services. Its customers include government agencies and commercial property owners, as well as ventilation and construction contractors. Projects are mainly carried out in the Stockholm region, although BMS & Green Tech Solutions also operates internationally.
