Nimlas Group expands into Poland, appoints Łukasz Plata as Country CEO

Warsaw, 24 September 2026. Nimlas Group today announced the appointment of Łukasz Plata as Country CEO in Poland, starting on 1 November 2026. The appointment marks an important milestone in Nimlas' strategy to quadruple net sales and EBITA by 2031 – and become Europe's leading technical installations group.

Poland is Nimlas Group’s first expansion beyond the Nordics. With large-scale investments in infrastructure, defence and building modernisation, the country plays an integral role in the group’s 4-40-4 growth strategy.

As Country CEO, Łukasz Plata will lead the establishment and development of Nimlas in Poland. Under his leadership, Nimlas Poland will establish its position in the market through a combination of acquisitions and greenfields, building on the same operational engine that has delivered market-leading growth and profitability across Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Łukasz Plata joins Nimlas Poland as Country CEO on 1 November 2026. Most recently, he served as Country Manager of CBRE GWS Poland.
