Nimlas acquires three plumbing and HVAC companies in Eastern Finland

Nimlas strengthens its position in Eastern Finland by acquiring three established plumbing and HVAC companies: LVI-Bioneerit Oy, Savonlinnan LVI-Palvelu Oy and LVI-Myller Oy. Together, the companies employ around 70 professionals and generate annual revenue of approximately EUR 12 million.

The companies are acquired from Bioneerit Group Oy and will continue under their existing names as part of Nimlas Finland. Mika Leinonen will remain Managing Director.

The companies provide a broad range of plumbing and HVAC services, from maintenance and repairs to demanding new-build and renovation projects. Their customers include households, housing companies, businesses, industrial companies and the public sector.

The acquisition follows the Nimlas model: strong local companies keep their brands, people and customer relationships, while gaining the support and scale of the Group. Local leaders remain responsible for running and developing their businesses.

The acquisition supports Nimlas Group’s 4–40–4 strategy: SEK 4 billion in EBITA, SEK 40 billion in revenue and entry into four new markets. In Finland, Nimlas aims to reach EUR 800 million in revenue by 2031 through acquisitions, organic growth, new service areas and greenfield companies.

Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
