Nimlas AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nimlas Group AB, today publishes its interim report for the second quarter and first six months of 2026. Nimlas AB is the issuer of the group’s EUR-denominated bond, and the report is therefore prepared on a consolidated basis for Nimlas AB and its subsidiaries.
SECOND QUARTER • Net sales increased by 26.1% to SEK 2,751 million (2,181). At constant currency, organic net sales increased by 3.1%. • Adjusted EBITA rose to SEK 284 million (187), corresponding to an adjusted EBITA margin of 10.3% (8.6). • Result after tax amounted to SEK 135 million (4). • During the second quarter, five acquisitions were completed, of which one asset deal, adding approximately 94 employees and combined annual revenues of around SEK 254 million in their most recent financial year. • In June, the Group launched its new strategy, 4-40-4: SEK 40 billion in net sales, SEK 4 billion in EBITA and four new markets by 2031.
JANUARY–JUNE • Net sales increased by 20.8% to SEK 5,109 million (4,230). At constant currency, organic net sales increased by 0.9%. • Adjusted EBITA rose to SEK 426 million (286), corresponding to an adjusted EBITA margin of 8.3% (6.8). • Result after tax amounted to SEK 119 million (-23). • During January–June, a total of eight acquisitions were completed, of which one asset deal, adding approximately 158 employees and combined annual revenues of around SEK 367 million.
After the end of the period, the Group has completed four further acquisitions and increased its revolving credit facility from EUR 60 million to EUR 90 million.
