Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) ("Nidhogg" or the "Company") announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 18 September 2026 resolved to elect Oscar Louzada as a new member of the Board of Directors.

Following the Meeting, the Company's Board of Directors consists of Per Skaug, Steven Din, Niclas Biörnstad and Oscar Louzada.
