From January 1, 2026 through August 5, 2026, the Company secured 160 new customer contracts with a combined contracted value of approximately $874,000, compared to 18 new customer contracts representing approximately $55,470 during the same period in 2025.

Importantly, these figures reflect new customer acquisition only and exclude renewals, upsells, and expansion revenue from existing customers, which continue to represent a meaningful component of the Company's overall business. For Eventdex and KraftyLab, all contracts closed with a given customer during the period are counted as new customer acquisition; for Map D, only contracts categorized as new business in the Company's CRM are included.

New Customer Contract Value

The Company generated approximately $874,000 in new customer contract value, compared to approximately $55,470 during the same period in 2025, representing growth of approximately 1,476% year-over-year.

Management believes this increase reflects a combination of larger enterprise engagements, growing software adoption, and the successful launch of KraftyLab.

Average Contract Value

Average contract value across Eventdex, Map D, and KraftyLab increased to approximately $5,464, compared to approximately $3,082 during the same period in 2025, representing an increase of approximately 77% year-over-year.

The Company believes this increase reflects continued success in securing larger enterprise opportunities and expanding platform adoption within larger organizations.

New Customer Growth

Nextech3D.ai secured 160 new customer contracts, compared to 18 new customer contracts during the same period in 2025, representing growth of approximately 789% year-over-year.

Management believes these results demonstrate increasing market adoption of the Company's AI-powered event technology platform portfolio.

KraftyLab Continues to Gain Traction

Launched in January 2026, KraftyLab has secured 112 new customer contracts valued at approximately $311,100 in less than eight months of operation.

Management believes KraftyLab is becoming an increasingly meaningful contributor to customer acquisition and revenue growth while expanding Nextech3D.ai's software platform ecosystem.

High-Margin Software Business
