New shares from exercise of warrants of series TO6 registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office

Prostatype Genomics AB (“Prostatype” or the “Company”) announces that the new shares issued through the exercise of warrants of series TO6 (“TO6”) have now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Conversion from interim shares to ordinary shares is expected to take place on 29 September 2026, and the new shares are expected to be delivered to the respective subscribers’ accounts around 1 October 2026.
Through the exercise of warrants of series TO6, the number of shares in the Company has increased by 123,069,257 shares, to a total of 683,160,762 shares. The share capital has increased by SEK 12,306,925.70, to a total of SEK 68,316,076.20.
The directed share issue to the underwriter, which was announced by press release on 17 September 2026, is also expected to be registered shortly. Once registered, the number of shares in Prostatype will have increased by a further 8,156,289 shares, to a total of 691,317,051 shares, and the share capital will have increased by a further SEK 815,628.90, to a total of SEK 69,131,705.10.
