DEA: CASSA CENTRALE GROUP HAS COMPLETED A POOLED LOAN WITH BANCO MARCHIGIANO FOR THE COMPANY
Osimo (AN), July 07, 2026 - DEA S.p.A. - (the "Company" or the "Issuer" or "DEA" TICKER DEA), a leading company in the distribution of electricity and public lighting management in Abruzzo, Marche, Liguria, and Lombardy, admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading system organized by Borsa Italiana, announces that it has completed a pooled loan with Gruppo Cassa Centrale and Banco Marchigiano Credito Cooperativo for a total amount of 10 million euros. This financing is intended partly for the early repayment of two existing loans with the same lending institution and partly to support the company's future investments, optimizing the debt structure and overall financial conditions.
In particular, the financing will help support investments aimed at improving the efficiency of energy infrastructure and concession-managed plants, contributing to the enhancement of the reliability, resilience, and sustainability of distribution networks. The financing demonstrates the commitment of Gruppo Cassa Centrale Banca to support companies investing in innovation, infrastructure modernization, and environmental sustainability, generating economic and social value in the territories where they operate.
DEA's Chief Executive Officer, Antonio Osimani, commented: "This financing represents significant support for the implementation of our development plan. The funds raised will allow us to accelerate investments aimed at strengthening and improving the efficiency of the networks and plants under management, further reinforcing our role as a key player in the electricity distribution sector."

It was established in 2015 as an S.r.l. following the transfer of the business unit of the multi-utility Astea, including electricity distribution and metering activities, both subject to a concession granted by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Crafts on May 2, 2001, expiring on December 31, 2030, and the public lighting service. In 2016, the company transformed into an S.p.A. upon the transfer of electricity distribution activities from ASP Polverigi S.r.l., which became part of the shareholding structure. In 2024, it acquired control of ASPM Soresina S.r.l., bringing the total number of managed PoDs to over 90,000.
