New number of shares and votes in Bactiguard Holding AB
The number of shares and votes in Bactiguard Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) has increased during July 2026 as a result of the new issue of Class C shares to secure the Company’s commitments under the share-based long-term incentive plan 2026 (“LTIP 2026”). All Class C shares have been repurchased by the Company and will be converted into Class B shares in connection with the delivery of Class B shares to participants under the terms of LTIP 2026.
As of 31 July 2026, the number of shares in the Company amounts to 35,758,885, of which 4,000,000 are Class A shares carrying 10 votes per share, 31,043,885 are Class B shares carrying 1 vote per share and 715,000 are Class C shares carrying 1 vote per share. The total number of votes in the Company amounts to 71,758,885. The total number of votes in the Company, excluding the Company’s own holding of 715,000 Class C shares, amounts to 71,043,885.
