Oslo, 8 October 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by 3030 DVD AS (the "Company") on 7 October 2026 regarding the Company's extraordinary general meeting having been held the same day.
As further detailed therein, the extraordinary general meeting inter alia resolved to amend paragraph 1 of the Company's articles of association to change the Company's name from "Deep Value Driller AS" to "3030 DVD AS". The name change has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and is expected to be implemented by Euronext Oslo Børs shortly. Following the name change, the Company's shares will continue to trade under its existing ticker "DVD".
