18 August 2026 - Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic Securities and DNB Carnegie to arrange a fixed income investor call Wednesday, 19 August 2026. A new NOK 500 million 5-year senior unsecured floating rate bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
The net proceeds from the bond issue will be applied towards redemption of the existing bond with ticker “KIST09 PRO” (ISIN NO0012662362) and general corporate purposes.
