The purchases of own shares were carried out through Integrae SIM S.p.A., as the intermediary appointed to carry out the operations, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions and according to the methods, terms, and conditions contained in the authorization for the purchase and disposal of own shares, granted by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
