Netum Group Plc: Inside information, profit warning: Netum Group Plc lowers its profitability guidance for 2026

Netum Group Plc specifies its guidance on comparable profitability issued on 17 June 2026. The revenue estimate remains unchanged.

Previous outlook for 2026

Netum estimates that revenue will decrease clearly from the previous year’s level (2025: EUR 37.8 million) and that comparable EBITA margin will fall below the previous year’s level (2025: 5.5%).

New outlook for 2026

Netum estimates that revenue will decrease clearly from the previous year’s level (2025: EUR 37.8 million) and that comparable EBITA will be negative (2025: 5.5 % of revenue).

The updated guidance is based on the same factors as the guidance revision issued on 17 June 2026: the slower-than-expected start of new projects, lower-than-anticipated volumes in existing projects, and factors affecting delivery capacity and utilisation rates. The impact of these factors on the full-year result is greater than previously estimated.

The company will continue implementing the adjustment programme announced on 18 August 2026 to restore profitability and streamline the administrative structure to align with current business volume.
