NetraMark Appoints Former Global Atlantic Investment Office President and Scotiabank U.S. CEO Kevin Felix as Strategic Advisor

TORONTO, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NetraMark Holdings Inc. (the "Company" or "NetraMark") (TSX: AIAI) (OTCQB: AINMF) (Frankfurt: PF0), a clinical intelligence company transforming clinical trials with AI-powered precision analytics in the pharmaceutical industry, today announced the appointment of Kevin Felix as Strategic Advisor, strengthening the senior strategic and institutional experience surrounding the Company as NetraMark advances its commercialization strategy.
Mr. Felix brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across capital markets, asset management, corporate strategy and securities law. Most recently, Mr. Felix served as President of the Investment Office of Global Atlantic Financial Group, responsible for all business management and operational matters related to the firm’s $175 billion investment portfolio. Prior thereto, his senior positions at Scotiabank included President and CEO of Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities, a diverse multi-billion dollar business throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Felix also brings extensive corporate governance experience, having served as independent director for several firms.

Mr. Felix holds a Masters of Law in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.
