Netel Holding AB (publ) (“Netel”) has explored the possibility of issuing a bond in the capital markets and has received significant interest from investors. However, Netel, together with its advisors, has decided to hold off on issuing a bond until the merger with Infrea has been implemented.
On 14 September 2026, Netel announced that its capital base had been strengthened through an oversubscribed rights issue which, together with an over-allotment issue, raised approximately SEK 149 million for the company before transaction costs. On 21 September 2026, the company announced its intention to arrange investor meetings to explore the conditions for issuing senior secured bonds denominated in SEK. Today, Netel, in consultation with its advisors, decided to hold off on issuing a bond until the merger with Infrea has been implemented. The merger was announced on 15 June 2026 and has received all necessary regulatory approvals, as well as approval from the extraordinary general meetings of Infrea and Netel.
