NAXS co-invests SEK 9 million in German defence technology company Euroatlas
NAXS AB has invested SEK 9,000,000 in Euroatlas Holding GmbH ("Euroatlas"), a German defence technology company, as a co-investment alongside Mimir, a manager specializing in corporate carve-outs.
Euroatlas develops technology in four areas: underwater autonomy, power electronics, day and night vision systems, and counter-drone systems.
Euroatlas is an existing holding of Mimir Industries AB, a fund vehicle managed by Mimir in which NAXS is already an investor. The co-investment is made through a separate vehicle, Mimir EA Holding II AB, and involves no management fee and no carried interest.
