The Listing and Surveillance Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn decided on September 29, 2026 to approve the application of Admiral Markets AS and to delist the bonds (ticker: ADMB080027A, ISIN code: EE3300111251) from Baltic Bond List after the following conditions are met:
1) The Issuer shall conduct an additional buyback offer for the Bonds, under which all holders of the Bonds will be given the opportunity to sell their Bonds to the Issuer, and the Issuer shall pay the nominal value of each Bond, the interest accrued as of the value date, and a premium of EUR 1; and
The Issuer shall notify all holders of the Bonds of the additional buyback offer and the planned delisting of the Bonds not only by publishing a corresponding exchange notice, but also by sending a separate notice to each holder of the Bonds using the contact details available from the Estonian Register of Securities; and
2) In addition, the Issuer shall announce the results of the buyback offer by means of an exchange notice as of the date on which settlement of the buyback offer transactions has been completed.
3) The last trading day with the Bonds of Admiral Markets shall be the first possible trading day following the completion of settlement of the buyback offer transactions.
The Exchange will announce the delisting date of Admiral Markets’ bonds separately.
