Nanox Expands Latin American Presence with Nanox.ARC Distribution Agreement in Costa Rica

Agreement with SOLME RC, SA Marks the third Latin American market this year

PETACH TIKVA, Israel, Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nanox Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) ("Nanox"), a leader in innovative medical imaging technology, today announced a distribution agreement with SOLME RC, S.A. (“SOLME”), a Costa Rica-based medical equipment distributor serving public and private healthcare institutions nationwide, to market and support the Nanox.ARC in Costa Rica.

Nanox.ARC is a multi-source digital tomosynthesis system designed to expand access to 3D medical imaging.

Costa Rica’s healthcare system is anchored by the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS), which serves as the country’s principal purchaser and provider of hospital services. SOLME is a registered CCSS supplier for the equipment lines it represents.

Under the terms of the agreement, SOLME will serve as Nanox’s distributor for the Nanox.ARC and related services in Costa Rica, overseeing marketing, distribution, installation, training and ongoing technical support.

Commercialization in Costa Rica will follow the applicable regulatory registration process, which includes an initial six-month POC device registration period before full registration can be completed.
