MPC Energy Solutions provides information on new share capital per share

Amsterdam/Oslo -- 28 August 2026

Following the announced details of its upcoming share capital reduction, MPC Energy Solutions ("MPCES", "Company") today shared the following information regarding its nominal capital per share:

Share capital as of today: EUR 1.80 per share Share capital after the announced share capital reduction: EUR 0.66 per share

The Company's share capital was increased from EUR 0.10 per share to EUR 1.80 per share pursuant to the shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2026. The upcoming distribution will reduce the share capital to EUR 0.66 per share.
