MPC Energy Solutions announces key information relating to share capital reduction and cash distribution

Amsterdam/Oslo -- 26 August 2026

MPC Energy Solutions ("MPCES", "Company") announced today that the Company will reduce its share capital and distribute USD 1.32 per share (total:

approx. USD 29.4 million) to the Company's shareholders pursuant to the authorization granted by the shareholders of the Company during the Annual General Meeting held on 27 May 2026.

The distribution has been declared in USD. Shareholders registered in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS) will receive the payment in NOK.

The final NOK amount per share will be NOK 12.1867.
