Morrow Bank AB Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027 appointed
Morrow Bank AB (the Bank) announces that the Nomination Committee has been appointed for the Annual General Meeting in 2027.
As resolved at the Annual General Meeting 2026, the Nomination Committee shall consist of one representative nominated by each of the two largest shareholders, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Nomination Committee consists of:

Ekonomisk Förening
* Gunnar Jacobsen, nominated by Kistefos AS
* Niklas Midby, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Morrow Bank AB
Morrow Bank AB's Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 April 2027 in Stockholm.
