Molaoi Update
Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the base metal, critical mineral and precious metal exploration company, provides the market with a drilling update from Rockfire's 100%-owned Molaoi zinc deposit in Greece.
Highlights
· Diamond drilling to upgrade the mineral resource from Inferred to Indicated continues, with hole HMO-021 now complete and hole HMO-022 in progress.
· Hand-held XRF readings of core from hole HMO-021 include some outstanding numbers for zinc and silver including multiple individual spot readings between 238m and 248m averaging 6% Zn, 48g/t Ag. Peak, individual spot readings are 43.2% Zn and 183g/t Ag.
· A second zone in hole HMO-021 from 271.8m to 274.1m averages 9.5% Zn and 37.8g/t Ag with peak readings of 40% Zn and 101g/t Ag.
· A 1.5m wide zone at 300m depth has individual readings of 24.6% Zn and 559g/t Ag which represents the highest grade of silver ever encountered at Molaoi.
· Another deeper, narrow zone of mineralisation at 311m depth has returned individual spot pXRF results including 46.6% Zn and 122g/t Ag.
· Finally, a deep lode at 349m depth has multiple pXRF readings averaging 5.5% Zn, 1.7% Pb and 37.2g/t Ag with peak individual spot values of 38.6% Zn, 9.9% Pb and 86g/t Ag.
· The pXRF equipment does not measure germanium values, but germanium will be analysed at the laboratory.
· Results from Bond Ball Mill work index tests (BWi) have been received from SLR Consulting. The result again measures the Molaoi ore as 'Medium-Hard' for grinding using a Ball Mill instead of a Semi-Autogenous Grinding ("SAG") mill. The BWi result for a Ball Mill is 14.83 kWh/t.
· A higher work index for the Ball Mill option supports the use of Semi-Autogenous Grinding ("SAG") rather than a ball mill. These tests assist with the selection of equipment for future crushing and grinding and help to estimate the power requirements for future grinding.
· The Uniaxial Compressive Strength ("UCS") tests show that 60% of the samples tested have properties which indicate the ground will be capable of supporting standard underground open voids.
· Epiroc has informed the Company that Rockfire's own drilling rig is now expected for arrival in Athens on the 18th of November 2026.
The cleanliness of the pXRF machine was established by measuring a BLANK reference material (a translucent quartz crystal) at the beginning of each day. A Certified Reference Material (CRM) specific to volcanic-hosted massive sulphide Zn-Pb-Cu-Ag-Au ore (ORES 620) was measured for accuracy/precision of the pXRF machine with a reading taken at the beginning of each day.

"The preliminary pXRF results and intercept widths encountered in hole HMO-021 are very pleasing and extends zinc mineralisation deeper on the 4078026N line. Samples have been sent to the laboratory for definitive analysis and the market will be informed once these are received back.
The Bond Ball Mill tests were conducted to ensure the Company has covered all possibilities for grinding options. These tests eliminate speculation and assumptions being input to the feasibility study and support the feasibility with real data and measurable power expectations.
The result of the Ball Mill Work Index tests confirm that Rockfire is correct to consider the option of a Semi-Autogenous Grinding ("SAG") circuit, rather than a conventional ball mill. SAG mills typically have materially cheaper operating costs, including lower electricity requirements and no steel balls to replace after destruction by abrasion.
The Uniaxial Compressive Strength ("UCS") test results show that 40% of the samples will require immediate pattern rock bolting to maintain strength for a safe mining environment (1.0MPa - 2.0MPa). A further 20% of samples show that the ground will be capable of supporting standard underground open spans (2.0MPa - 4.0MPa), while the remaining 40% show competent stability for open voids (4MPa - 8MPa). These results will feed into our ground support calculations for underground mine design. This is very important in calculating the costs for up to 40% of the underground mining operation likely to require rock bolting and meshing.

Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK) is a gold, base metal and critical mineral exploration company, with a high-grade zinc/lead/silver/germanium deposit in Greece and a portfolio of gold/copper/silver projects in Queensland Australia.
· The Molaoi deposit in Greece has a JORC Inferred Mineral Resource of 15.0 million tonnes @ 7.26% Zn, 1.75% Pb and 39.50g/t Ag, for 1.5 million tonnes of ZnEq. metal. This resource uses a 4% low-grade cut, and equates to 1.09 million tonnes of zinc, 260,000 tonnes of lead and 19.1 million ounces of silver. Molaoi is also reported under the UNFC Code with classification E2, F2.1, G3 for Zn, Ag, and Pb, and E3.2, F3.1, G4.1 for Ge.
· The Plateau deposit in Queensland has a JORC Inferred Resource of 131,000 ounces of gold and 800,000 ounces of silver, using a 0.5g/t Au cut off. 53,000 of these ounces lie within the top 100m from surface. Plateau is subject to a farm-in by ASX-listed Sunshine Metals Ltd (ASX:SHN).
· The Marengo prospect in Queensland hosts high-grade gold, silver and copper within an historic goldfield, which is entirely under licence by Rockfire. Marengo is subject to a farm-in by ASX-listed Eastern Resources Ltd (ASX:EFE).
