Modification of Financial Calendar 2026

Within the framework of the company's obligations with regard to the regular information of the investment public, UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A.  announces the Modification of its Financial Calendar for the year 2026 in accordance with Articles 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rule Book and the decision 25 of the Financial Markets Governing Committee (meeting 201/15.04.2024):

The Board of Directors of the company proposed to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a capital return instead of a divident.

Cut-off Date for Return of Capital:                                                       Thursday  10.12.2026

Record Date for Return of Capital:                                                      Friday        11.12.2026

Payment Date for Return of Capital:                                                   Thursday   17.12.2026

The company reserves the right to change the above dates. At any change in the above dates the company will inform the investment public by amending this announcement.
