Modification of the 2026 Financial Calendar

The SOCIETE ANONYME ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING, with the distinctive title “ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A.” (or "Company"), announces that, pursuant to Decision 23.09.2026 of its Board of Directors, it has resolved to distribute an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2026, in the total amount of €18,132,410 or €0.0500000004 per share, before applicable tax withholding and excluding the 216,000 treasury shares held by the Company.

 The key dates for the distribution of the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2026 are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: Monday, December 21, 2026

• Record date: Tuesday, December 22, 2026

• Payment date: Tuesday, December 29, 2026
