Members of the company's Board of Directors and management subscribe for units in Cell Impact's ongoing rights issue of units

Cell Impact AB (publ) ("Cell Impact" or the "Company") is hereby pleased to announce that members of the Company's board of directors and management have subscribed for units in the Company's ongoing rights issue of units, which was resolved by the Board of Directors on 29 June 2026 and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 31 July 2026 (the "Rights Issue"). The subscription period in the Rights Issue runs from and including 6 August 2026 up to and including 20 August 2026.

The subscriptions from the Board of Directors and management amount to a total of approximately SEK 1.8 million and have been submitted by the Company's CEO Daniel Vallin, CFO Malin Lundberg, CHRO Karina Sick Larsson, Chairman of the Board Mats Boquist and Board members Jan Pieters, Mats Franzen and Lars Bergström, in accordance with previously entered into and announced subscription commitments.

No compensation will be paid for subscription commitments made.

Trading in unit rights: 6 August–17 August 2026
Subscription period: 6 August–20 August 2026
Announcement of results: August 24, 2026
