MEKO today publishes restated segment information in accordance with the new segment structure effective from the third quarter of 2026. The restated information covers all quarters of 2024 and 2025, as well as the first and second quarters of 2026. The purpose is to enable comparisons between reporting periods under the new structure.
As previously communicated, MEKO is changing its segment reporting from the third quarter of 2026 as a result of changes in how the business is managed and monitored. Comparative figures for previous periods have therefore been restated in accordance with the new segment structure.
From the third quarter of 2026, MEKO’s reportable segments are Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland/the Baltics and Sweden.
The previous structure consisted of Denmark, Finland, Poland/the Baltics, Sweden/Norway and Sørensen og Balchen.
In summary, the change means that the businesses in Sweden and Norway will be reported as separate segments from the third quarter of 2026, while the Sørensen og Balchen business will be included in the Norway segment.
The change affects only the presentation of segment information. The Group’s total net sales, operating profit, cash flow and financial position are unaffected.
