MCF Corporate Finance advised Standout Capital and the owners of Axel Health on the sale to Legrand
Standout Capital, a Stockholm-based growth-oriented private equity firm investing in Nordic technology companies, has divested its full stake in Axel Health, a leading Finnish provider of connected health solutions for patient flow management, with operations across Finland and Sweden.
Legrand is a global specialist in electrical and digital infrastructures for buildings, headquartered in France and listed on Euronext Paris. Through its Legrand Care division, Legrand develops and provides connected healthcare and assisted living solutions for home care, residential care, and hospital environments.
The transaction gives Axel Health the backing of a large, listed strategic player with a global healthcare infrastructure platform to support its continued growth, while further expanding Legrand Care’s connected health solutions, following the acquisitions of Enovation and Performation in the Netherlands.
