Mastercard Selects Rezolve Ai in Worldwide Reseller Agreement to Advance AI-Powered Commerce

NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV), a global leader in AI-powered commerce and engagement, today announced a worldwide reseller agreement with Mastercard, establishing a new distribution channel for Rezolve Ai’s technology as businesses prepare for the next generation of AI-driven commerce.

Under the agreement, Mastercard is authorized to market, offer and sell subscriptions to Rezolve Ai’s software and SaaS services worldwide on a non-exclusive basis. The arrangement provides a commercial framework for bringing Rezolve Ai’s capabilities to Mastercard customers with Mastercard leading coordination of the sales process and contracting directly with resale customers.

The agreement covers capabilities spanning conversational commerce, intelligent search and product discovery, catalogue enrichment, personalization, recommendations and cart and checkout orchestration. Together, these technologies help businesses connect customer intent with relevant products and support shopping journeys from discovery through checkout handoff.

Daniel M. Wagner, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve Ai, said:
“This agreement gives Rezolve Ai a powerful new engine for international growth. Mastercard can market and sell our technology worldwide, with a defined commercial framework for turning customer opportunities into deployments and subscription revenues.

“As AI agents change how people shop, merchants need technology that understands their products, represents them accurately and helps turn demand into purchases. Rezolve Ai provides that intelligence.

“We are building Rezolve Ai to become essential infrastructure for agentic commerce. This agreement is a major step in taking our technology to market at scale.”

A worldwide distribution framework
The reseller agreement provides for coordinated sales activity, including joint customer evaluations, presentations, proposals and product demonstrations, supported by Rezolve Ai’s technical expertise.

For Rezolve Ai, the arrangement creates an opportunity to extend its commercial reach through Mastercard-led customer relationships. Individual deployments, including the selected capabilities, geography and commercial terms, will be agreed through separate statements of work.

Technology for the next generation of commerce
As shopping becomes increasingly conversational and agent-driven, businesses need systems that can interpret customer requests, organize and enrich product information, personalize recommendations and coordinate the steps towards purchase.

Rezolve Ai’s technology addresses these requirements across the merchant experience. The agreement also encompasses policy controls, governance and analytics capabilities designed to support deployment within customer-defined operating requirements.

“The opportunity is to make AI-powered commerce work for businesses at scale,” Wagner added. “We believe combining our commerce intelligence with this new worldwide distribution channel can help accelerate adoption and establish Rezolve Ai at the center of that transformation.”
