(ticker MARE.MI), a high-technology engineering company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in Italy and abroad in innovation through proprietary platforms (“Mare Group” or the “Company”), announces that, today, the notice of call of the shareholders’ meeting in extraordinary session, convened for 20 October 2026, at 10:00, on first call and, if necessary, for 21 October 2026, at 10:00, on second call, and the related meeting documentation have been made available to the public. The documentation is available on the Company’s website, at https://www.maregroup.it, “Investor Relations” section, “Shareholders’ Meetings” area, as well as on the website https://www.borsaitaliana.it, “Shares > Documents” section. The documents made available are the notice of call, the explanatory report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda, the explanatory report of the Board of Directors on the liquidation value of the shares pursuant to Article 2437-ter of the Italian Civil Code, the opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the opinion of the independent auditors issued pursuant to the same article, as well as the proxy form to be granted to the designated representative. Attendance at the shareholders’ meeting and the exercise of the voting right may take place exclusively through the designated representative, Computershare S.p.A., pursuant to Article 135-undecies of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 (the “CFA”) and to the regulation adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to Article 125-bis.1 of the CFA, available on the Company’s website, “Governance” section, “Corporate Documents” area.
