MAPS GROUP APPROVES THE 2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT AND THE
REVISION OF THE CODE OF ETHICS

The Board of Directors of MAPS (MAPS:IM; IT0005364333), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the digital transformation sector, has approved the 2025 Sustainability Report , prepared in compliance with the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards). During the same board meeting, the revision of the Maps Group Code of Ethics was also approved.
Marco Ciscato , Executive Chairman of Maps Group, stated: " We are pleased to share the fifth edition of the Maps Group Sustainability Report. 2025 was a year of organizational efficiency and a solid strategic trajectory, driven by a business model focused on proprietary software products, which now account for 95% of our core revenues. In line with our principles, this growth was accompanied by the Group's structural evolution —featuring the acquisition of 51% of Ellysse and the reorganization of our Healthcare and Energy Business Units —to provide a clear representa tion of our key target markets.
On the social and environmental front, people remain at the core of our business, supported by enhanced welfare initiatives and the Maps Habitat project. Concurrently, our ecological responsibility has been reinforced by exp anding the reporting scope of our Scope 3 emissions and providing a clearer, more comprehensive view of our activities subject to the European Taxonomy. From a regulatory and governance perspective, we welcomed the simplifications introduced by the Europea n Omnibus package. This evolution transforms reporting from a mere bureaucratic requirement into a strategic opportunity: although we are not legally required to do so, we chose to continue our path of ESG transparency on a voluntary basis to improve engag ement with our stakeholders. Consistent with this responsible approach, in 2025 we strengthened our compliance frameworks through the revision of our Code of Ethics and the progressive formalization of our Sustainability Policy. In addition, we adopted our first internal guidelines on Artificial Intelligence.
These represent key steps to ensure that both our corporate management and technological innovation continue to generate ethical, secure, and sustainable value for local communities and
regions ."
The 2025 Sustainability Report and the Maps Group Code of Ethics will be available on the website www.mapsgroup.it , under the "Sustainability" and "Corporate Regulations" sections, also in English, by the end of the current month.

The Group also markets solutions designed to measure the achievement of corporate and staff objectives, manage risks and share non -financial performance, as well as offering a portfolio of cross -market products dedicated to omnichannel solutions and docume nt management for suppliers.

In 2025, Maps Group recorded consolidated revenues of Euro 31.6 million, EBITDA of Euro 5.6 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 18%, and a Net Financial Position of Euro 12.7 million.
As evidence of the strength of its business model, focused on the development of highly scalable software products, revenues from products amounted to Euro 28.6 million, representing 95% of core revenues, while recurring fee revenues accounted for 41% of c ore revenues, equal to Euro 12.3 million.
