Kristiansand, 21 August 2026: Nekkar ASA (OSE: NKR) has today received notification of transactions carried out by Carried Away AS, a company wholly owned and controlled by Håkon André Berg, former Chair of the Board and primary insider of Nekkar ASA.
The notifications relate to the acquisition on 31 May 2024 and subsequent redemption on 30 May 2025 of synthetic shares in Skeie Teknologi AS. Skeie Teknologi AS is a shareholder in Nekkar ASA.
