Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has today, 18 September 2026, purchased 252,536 shares at NOK 2.6 per share via his fully owned company AB Investment AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Onarheim after the transaction is 26,508,789, which equals 22.61% ownership in North Energy ASA.
