Mandatory notification of trade - equity certificate buy-back program status report

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 11 September 2026 regarding equity certificate buy-back program for Sparebanken Norge.

In the period 11 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 Sparebanken Norge has purchased 198,643 equity capital certificates at an average price of 208.7294. Following this transaction Sparebanken Norge holds 292,662 equity capital certificates.
