Mandatory notification of trade - equity certificate buy-back programme completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange releases on 11 September 2026 and 21 September 2026 regarding equity certificate buy-back programme for Sparebanken Norge.

In the period 11 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 Sparebanken Norge has purchased 407,458 equity capital certificates at an average price of 210.6106. Following this transaction Sparebanken Norge holds 501,477 equity capital certificates.

The buy-back programme is now completed.
