Reference is made to the offer from Kona BidCo AS (the "Offeror") to acquire all shares in Zalaris ASA (the "Company") not already owned by the Offeror at an offer price of NOK 100 per share, announced on 14 September 2026 (the “Offer").
On 17 September 2026, the Offeror has received acceptances under the Offer for 7,596 shares. In addition, the Offeror already owns a total of 19,386,642 shares in the Company. Consequently, subject to final results and due settlement of the shares for which acceptances are received, the Offeror will own 19,394,238 shares, representing approximately 87.62% of the issued and outstanding share capital and voting rights of the Company (88.85% adjusted for the Company’s holding of own shares)
