MANDATE: Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt AS 7-year EUR Benchmark Green Covered Bond

Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt AS has mandated BMO Capital Markets, Commerzbank, HSBC, LBBW, SEB, and Société Générale as Joint Bookrunners for its upcoming 7-year EUR Green Benchmark European Covered Bond (Premium), backed by 100% prime Norwegian residential mortgages. The Issue is expected to be rated Aaa by Moody's and will be launched in the near future subject to market conditions.
