Management Changes
The Board of Directors of Gowin New Energy Group Limited hereby announces that Mr. Shu Yi-Hao has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, a non-board position, due to commitments arising from other positions he holds.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Wang Huai-Chung as the new Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Wang, Huai-Chung graduated from Soochow University with a degree in Accounting and has over 30 years of experience in financial management, internal auditing, and corporate finance. He has held senior positions at China Airlines, Far Eastern Air Transport, and as CFO, bringing strong expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and internal controls.
The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr. Shu for his service and warmly welcomes Mr. Wang to the role.
