Broch group has completed an internal reorganization where 8,312,727 shares in Webstep ASA (the "Company"), equal to approx. 29,88% of the shares and votes in the Company, have been transferred from Embro Eiendom AS to Embron Invest AS, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of J.C. Broch AS. Save for the change in direct shareholder in the Company, the aggregate holding of J.C. Broch AS through its controlled subsidiaries remain unchanged.
