Kontrari AS hereby notifies that, following the acquisition of 263 622 shares in Prosafe on 14 July 2026 , Kontrari AS has crossed the 15% threshold following the acquisition of shares in Prosafe.
Following the transaction, Kontrari AS holds 53 049 564 shares in Prosafe SE, corresponding to approximately 15,05 % of the share capital and voting rights.
