Major shareholder announcement: GadInvest A/S has reduced its holding of shares in SP Group A/S
GadInvest A/S sold 2,000 shares in SP Group A/S on 3 August 2026 at a share price of DKK 472.5510, equivalent to DKK 945,102.
GadInvest A/S thereafter holds 1,209,032 shares with a nominal value of DKK 2.00 each in SP Group A/S, equivalent to 9.99% of the share capital, and Frank Gad and his related parties together hold 9.99% of the share capital.
Frank Gad was CEO of SP Group A/S from 2004 until August 2024, when he retired and stepped down from the company's management.
