Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notice is hereby given that BlackRock, Inc. has notified ChemoMetec that, on 29 September 2026, BlackRock, Inc. increased its voting rights attached to shares in ChemoMetec to 15.08%, thereby exceeding the 15% threshold under section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
