Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ) ("Magle Group" or the "Company") announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Magle Chemoswed AB (the "Borrower") has requested an additional drawdown of SEK 15 million under the bridge loan facility agreement (the "Bridge Loan Agreement") previously entered into with certain existing bondholders, as announced on 27 May 2026, and that the lenders under the Bridge Loan Agreement have, today on 21 August 2026, approved such additional drawdown. The proceeds of the additional drawdown will be applied towards the repayment of SEK 15 million due by 31 August 2026 under the structured repayment schedule agreed with Danske Bank A/S in respect of the Company's credit facility with Danske Bank A/S (the "Danske Bank Facility"), as announced on 30 June 2026.
As announced on 27 May 2026, the Company and the Borrower entered into the Bridge Loan Agreement with a group of existing bondholders, providing for financing of up to SEK 60 million, of which SEK 25 million was initially drawn. The Borrower has requested an additional drawdown of SEK 15 million, and the lenders under the Bridge Loan Agreement have, today on 21 August 2026, approved such additional drawdown. Following such drawdown, the total amount drawn under the Bridge Loan Agreement will amount to SEK 40 million. In accordance with the terms of the Bridge Loan Agreement, the Company shall issue additional bonus bonds to the lenders in an aggregate nominal amount equal to 5.00 per cent. of the additional drawdown amount, being SEK 750,000.
Further, on 30 June 2026, the Company announced that it had entered into an agreement with Danske Bank A/S regarding a structured repayment schedule for the outstanding debt under the Danske Bank Facility, pursuant to which a repayment of SEK 15 million is to be made by 31 August 2026. The proceeds of the additional drawdown will be applied towards such repayment.
