Luxembourg, 24 August 2026 – LR Topco S.à r.l., the parent company of LR Health & Beauty SE and its subsidiaries, which was founded in February 2026, has published its half-year report as of 30 June 2026. The company is the issuer of the new subordinated 2026/2031 bond (“Junior Bonds”, ISIN NO0013756064) with a volume of EUR 27.5 million.
